Westgate Physical Therapy has proudly served the North End and greater Tacoma community for over 30 years.  We are an independent private practice, allowing us to ensure personalized and consistent quality of care to our patients.  We have a comprehensive 4,200-square-foot facility which includes a therapy pool, extensive gym equipment, and private treatment rooms.  Our physical therapists utilize a variety of treatment approaches to develop custom treatment plans, including hands-on manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and aquatic therapy.
